As Founder and Creative Director of Triple 4 Creative, Michelle Poe views every project as an opportunity to see each client with fresh eyes and create a site and brand identity that is as inspiring as it is results-driven. With more than 13 years of experience in brand and design management, Michelle translates complex ideas into visually appealing and creative brand assets with for both print and digital assets.
Michelle graduated from The Art Institute of Las Vegas with an emphasis in graphic design. She utilizes her skills honed from her career at advertising agencies to bring large agency experience over to Triple 4 Creative. Michelle has helped uncover brand insights and managed innovative design solutions on behalf of a broad range of clients. Her background in visual communications provides her with an innovative design approach that specifically conveys the unique stories of of many brands, in a variety of industries, such as: gaming, hotel/casino, restaurant, security, non-profits, real estate, education and many more.
Don Cramer combines an experienced web development background with an enthusiasm for execution as the web
developer of Triple 4 Creative. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience in building websites and web applications, Don works with a team to create websites from the ground up, overseeing the project from initial concept through to final fruition. As both a thinker and doer, he is as passionate about developing the high-level project strategy as he is with delivering on the execution.
For each new project, Don draws on a set of refined skills – deadline-driven project management; user-experience testing and analytical observation – to help his clients grow their online presences. Utilizing his range of diverse experience in web and app development, Don’s past successes include work on behalf of major brands like The PGA Tour, Kiawah Resorts, Walt Disney Resorts, Heritage Golf and more.
Don holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and is actively involved in the Vegas Tech scene and the Las Vegas Ruby Group.
Michelle Nation brings more than 10 years of experience to her role as Analytics Consultant for Triple 4 Creative. Combining a product management background with a passion for understanding the bigger picture and facts-based decision making, Michelle has experience with blue-chip clients such as Wells Fargo, the National Football League, The Iron Man Triathlon and more. She takes clients through the entire process of building a site, from gathering requirements to developing specifications for the coding team to ensuring the overall approach is backed up by data.
By measuring results, suggesting refinements and giving clients a holistic picture of their digital brand presence, Michelle helps define what success looks like by building successful, customer-focused web presences. Through strategic analysis, reporting, market research and more, she specializes in brand refreshment and integrated marketing plans by blending social media, organic and paid campaigns.
